Epique explained: FAQ

Straight answers.

What is Epique Realty, explained simply?

A brokerage that pays agents 85/15 until they cap, lowers the cap $1,000 a year to a $10,000 floor, shares company revenue five levels deep, awards stock, and bundles 100+ benefits including healthcare, per Epique.

What's the Epique breakdown on fees?

$149 a month for tech ($99 for team members and Power Award agents), 0.1% per transaction capped at $500 (then $250 after $5,000 paid), $250 flat on commercial deals, and the 15% company split until you cap.

How does Epique compare to eXp, Real and LPT?

The biggest differences are in revenue share: Epique pays a flat 10% of company revenue on five levels with no unlock rules, while eXp, Real and LPT pay set amounts per capping agent with tiers that unlock as you add producing agents. Use the side-by-side calculator on joinmemo to run the same organization through all four.

Epique explained: what are the pros and cons?

Agents who like it point to the declining cap, no-qualification RevShare, stock awards and healthcare. The trade-offs: some perks run only in participating markets, some need tenure or good standing, and RevShare and stock depend on plan terms and vesting. Ask for every number in writing.
